Commercial & Order Data
Purchase orders, technical specifications, CAD drawings/blueprints, quotation records, order tracking history, and tax invoice copies.
Technical & Telemetry Data
IP address, browser specification, device operating system, session cookies, and login timestamps to prevent fraud and maintain session security.
2 Purpose of Data Processing
We process your information strictly for legitimate commercial and regulatory objectives:
- Order Fulfillment & Engineering: Accurately manufacturing, sourcing, packaging, and delivering industrial machinery parts, molds, and tooling.
- Statutory Invoicing & Taxation: Generating GST-compliant Tax Invoices, filing e-Way Bills via the government GST portal, and ensuring input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation for buyers.
- Logistics & Consignment Tracking: Coordinating freight movement, issuing Lorry Receipts (LR), and providing live milestone updates for road, rail, or air transit.
- Customer Support & Warranty: Managing technical service requests, replacement parts, preventative maintenance schedules, and quality assurance claims.

3 Payment Processing & Financial Security
PCI-DSS & RBI Compliance: All online financial transactions (Corporate Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI) on Saerom Solutions are conducted through RBI-authorized payment aggregators, including ICICI Bank Enterprise Payment Gateway and Razorpay.
Saerom Solutions never stores or retains sensitive payment credentials such as full credit/debit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or banking PINs on its servers. All gateway communications use 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption.
4 Information Sharing & Third Parties
We adhere to a strict policy: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your corporate or contact information to third-party advertisers or marketers. Information is disclosed only under the following strictly defined conditions:
- Authorized Logistics Partners: Transport operators, full-truckload (FTL) carriers, and express couriers solely for shipping and physical delivery of industrial consignments.
- Banking & Payment Partners: ICICI Bank and payment processors for transaction authorization, settlement, and fraud prevention.
- Statutory & Legal Requirements: When mandated by applicable Indian laws, tax authorities (GST Department, Income Tax), court orders, or law enforcement agencies.
5 Data Storage, Retention & Security
Your information is stored securely on enterprise cloud servers with strict firewall protection, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and end-to-end data encryption.
Under the Companies Act, 2013 and Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, commercial transaction logs, quotations, and tax invoices are retained for a mandatory statutory period of 8 (eight) financial years. Non-essential data is purged or anonymized once business objectives are fulfilled.
